Twenty patients with nail psoriasis participated in this comparative pilot study. One side of the subjects was treated with fractional CO2 laser and topical methotrexate (Group A), and the other side received fractional CO2 laser followed by topical calcipotriol (0.05 mg/gm) and betamethasone (0.5 mg/gm) (Group B).
